How We Work

Timberock manages the entire process of building a home—design, demolition, surveys, permits, and all the construction details.

Timberock works on a 100% disclosure billing system. Our fee is based on a percentage of the overall building cost.

Phase 1: Design

Our design team will meet with you to discuss your ideas, tastes, budget, schedule, etc. After we have an understanding of what you'd like, we create conceptual drawings and a budget estimate for further discussion.

After several iterations, we arrive at a final plan and estimate.

Phase 2: Construction

The construction begins after the necessary approvals have been secured.

The first thing we do is outline a project schedule and prepare the site. Typically, the services, foundation, and framing can require half of the construction time.

Throughout this process, we'll be in frequent communication with you, supplying progress reports and addressing any concerns and questions.

The second half of the construction phase is the fun part! This is when we begin focusing on the details, like drywalling, finishing, colours, and landscaping.

Timberock projects typically require six to twelve months to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Phase 3: Move-In / After-Care

This is the most exciting part, but we also want to ensure that everything is perfect. Our client services team will make sure any outstanding issues are resolved quickly.

Timberock-built homes are covered by the National Home Warranty Program, giving you additional peace of mind.
